Custom Bags
Bring us a design and we will build it. We work in crocodile, pebbled, and full-grain leathers, in structured shapes made to your colour, your hardware finish, and your size. Every piece is cut, stitched, and edge-painted by hand — one-off commissions, small runs, and repeat production for brands all start the same way.
Crocodile skins are sourced in batches and inspected for consistent scale before cutting. Colours are mixed and tested against the grain before any work begins. What you see in the gallery is what a finished piece looks like — not a render, not a mood board.
